This is only a test, the W3C validator accepts this DOCTYPE. Please note that there is no explicit <html>, no <head>, and no <body>, but the <title> is required.
There's apparently no align=right attribute in
strict HTML 2.0, but we get short tags, don't we?
No, my browsers also don't support <strong>short tags</>.
